Delivery & Returns

All orders placed on Beau Quiet will be shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. Our Warehouse processes web orders from Monday morning, until Friday afternoon. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders received up to 3:00 PM GMT will be shipped on the same day, orders received after 3:00 PM GMT will be shipped the following business day.

Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. Free UK Delivery on UK Mainland orders over £75 - Terms & Conditions

Free Shipping on UK Mainland orders over the value £75 is available to all customers who shop at beauquiet.com. This offer is available on the majority of items within our store, however this is not available for items which are over the length of 240cm. Items over 240cm are sent using an alternative shipping method. Products that are not included in this offer are outlined on the shipping information tab on the product page.


Damaged, Items missing or undelivered orders

We want our customers to be 100% happy with the items that they have ordered. If for any reason there are items missing, please let us know via email info@beauquiet.com or via telephone 01202 721912. If items are damaged please use the following address:

All damages or missing item(s) should be reported to us within 5 working days of delivery, and images of the missing or damages sent to us via email.


Shipping & Delivery For Custom Items

As stated on our returns and shipping tab on the product page, all custom and personalised items take 12-13 working days to produce. Please be aware that if Next Working Day Delivery is selected on a custom item, this does not mean the item will arrive the following working day. If you select Next Working Day on a customised item, this means that your order will be sent with a next day service after the 12-13 days production time.


International Shipping

We have partnered with DHL for all our standard international deliveries, and we also offer express options to certain countries.

We ship worldwide, if your country is not available on our website then please get in contact with us and we will get a separate quote for you.

Duties and Local Taxes -
We make all deliveries as simple and as transparent as possible, when ordering from (Website) to an international location, the price you see on the checkout is the final price you pay for your parcel delivered to your door. There are no additional hidden costs or duties to pay on your delivery.

We offer a no quibbles return policy on all items purchased from (Website). We want all our customers to fall in love with their chosen items. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible and return within 30 days of purchase.

All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with garment tags attached. All products must be in their original cellophane and/or branded wrapper for returns to be accepted. If any products have been removed from their wrapper, we are unable to accept a return.

The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back as we cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive back to us. Please note: If you paid for shipping on the website, this is non refundable when returning item(s). The refund you will receive will be for the returned item(s) only. Returns can only be refunded to the person who originally placed and paid for the order, and the refund can only be processed back to the same payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 days after receipt of the return.

Exclusions from our returns policy -
As we're sure you'll understand, there are some products that we can't offer returns on due to their nature. These include:

Special customised items.
All headphones or earphones due to health and hygiene reasons.
Products that include software that requires activation.

Sports mats and equipment which has been used due to health and hygiene reasons.

Please note that these exclusions do not apply to items that become faulty. Since we are authorised dealers for all of our brands we sell, you will have double support - from us and from the manufacturer.

We ask that you include the original order number or invoice in the packaging when returning item(s). This will help our returns team process your request much faster.


1. Exchange Your Item

Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange service on unwanted items. The quickest and easiest way for you to get the item you ordered in an alternative size or colour is to simply return the unwanted item back to us for a refund. You can then go ahead and reorder the new item.


2. Amend Your Order

We understand that sometimes the wrong item, size or colour is ordered from time to time. If this happens please let us know as soon as possible, we will do everything we can to amend your order. Sometimes its just too late to amend your order and it has already been shipped, if this is the case you can still return the item back to us for a full refund, however the postage cost to return the item back to us will be down to the buyer.


3. Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible, we will do everything we can to cancel your order before it is shipped. Sometimes its just too late to cancel your order and it has already been shipped, if this is the case you can still return the item back to us for a full refund, however the postage cost to return the item back to us will be down to the buyer.


4. General Refunds

All refunds are processed once the item has been received back into our warehouse. The whole refunds and returns procedure can take up to 14 days, however this is usually quicker depending on the time of year. The refund can only be processed back onto the the original card that the purchase was made from initially. Once the item has been refunded, you will receive an email stating that the item has been refunded and you should expect the money to appear back the card within 3-5 business days.


5. Refunds For Custom Items

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on customised items. We can in some circumstances offer a refund or redo the customised order if the product was faulty. A custom product which has wear and tear from continued use is not covered as a faulty item. Once an order has been placed and artwork has been signed off we are unable to change or stop the production of customised items. So we recommend that this is checked before submitting your order.


6. Extended Christmas Returns Policy

We understand that during the Christmas period it can be hard to remember to return unwanted presents etc. So we have extended our returns period over the Christmas period, all orders placed AFTER the 20th November can be returned until 31 January. As stated in the refunds section, please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed, this is only a guide and refunds usually take less time than this however this allows for busy periods. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging.
